Custom jewellery takes on an average from 3 weeks to 14 weeks for production to be completed; unlike stock items custom jewellery has over 115 steps of processes and procedures to complete the order. It is key to note experienced craftsmen work under microscopic view lenses to correct, polish, and size each piece to correct the most microscopic flaw.

A design flaw happens during production, even though we do our best through years of experience, and use of technology we still cannot predict a design flaw on custom work. Flaws are most common with intricate logos, designs, and other unforeseen circumstances. It is always important to educate your customers so they too can appreciate the true value of custom jewellery.
