    Yes, any design is possible. If we can design it we can make it.

  3. Why are there no prices listed?

    Due to the fluctuating gold market and the custom design of our products, pricing is quoted on a case by case basis per your specifications. Please use the contact us form to request a price quote or become a preferred distributor and get access to login area which has a full array of production information and pricing.

  4. Can I order just one custom ring?

    Yes, one custom ring orders are available but there are additional costs that apply to one custom ring orders that do not apply to quantity orders.

  5. What defines custom work in the jewellery industry?

    Custom work is anything that deals with creating a die, and or mold/s. Don't be fooled when you see stock shanks, those shanks are the skeletons the true beauty hasn't been designed to fit on it, yet!

  6. Why does it take so long for jewellery to be made?

    Custom jewellery takes on an average from 3 weeks to 14 weeks for production to be completed; unlike stock items custom jewellery has over 115 steps of processes and procedures to complete the order. It is key to note experienced craftsmen work under microscopic view lenses to correct, polish, and size each piece to correct the most microscopic flaw.

  7. What is a design flaw?

    A design flaw happens during production, even though we do our best through years of experience, and use of technology we still cannot predict a design flaw on custom work. Flaws are most common with intricate logos, designs, and other unforeseen circumstances. It is always important to educate your customers so they too can appreciate the true value of custom jewellery. Just like we all value every Ferrari we see, we tend to forget the custom craftsmanship that goes into each of those exquisite machines they too run into design flaws, but like us they too can fix the flaw to continue building a thing of beauty!

    C.R. Designs is a fast and growing business. We have 3 full time customer service staff, 2 full time master designers, and 38 production and administrative staff. Our jewelers and designers have over 300 combined years of experience in recognition jewellery business.
