Warranty

C.R. Designs has a Life Time Limited Warranty on all products made by our factory. This includes coverage of stones, colour, antiquing, and other defects that may have occurred during production. This Life Time Warranty is included when you purchase through C.R. Designs.

What is covered?

  1. Genuine Diamonds set in 10KT / 14KT / 18KT Gold jewellery.
  2. Cubic Zirconia's set in Sterling Silver/ 10KT / 14KT / 18KT Gold jewellery.
  3. If the fused glass were to fall out due to aging over time.
  4. We will replace the antiquing every 5 years if needed.
  5. One-time free ring resize within the first year.

What isn't covered?

  1. Genuine Diamonds set in Sterling Silver jewellery.
  2. Broken or damaged stones caused by daily life or natural means.
  3. Lost or stolen jewellery.
  4. Damaged rings or jewellery caused by daily life or natural means.

What is the "need to know" about repairs?

  • Jewellery and rings often need repair especially when worn regularly. We offer a 15% cost of the ring to be repaired excluding any missing stones, or precious metal. The cost of the missing material or damaged mediums will be billed accordingly.
  • If you require your ring to be resized the person who wears the ring pays for the ring size fee and shipping to and from the factory, or under any service agreement the distributor has made. Ring size fee's start at $10.00 (net) and go up depending on the ring style.
  • We offer a free inspection of rings yearly; the sender pays the cost of shipping. If any damage is found a quote will be done and approval made before the repairs are made.

All rings and jewellery are always cleaned and polished before they are sent back.

  • All jewellery is to be pre-approved before being sent back to the factory. We cannot provide repair quotes or estimates until our jeweler's reviews the jewellery.

What is the Limited Warranty?

  • The limited warranty is on rings or jewellery that have not been reviewed in over 6 years by our factory.
  • If the ring or jewellery is found to have been tampered with the warranty will be void.
  • If our jewellery has been worked on by another jewellery company or jeweler the warranty is in void.
